Then we see there’s blood dripping around them (I’m assuming this part takes place in Ashiya’s mind and I think this blood is just symbolism) but there’s also blood coming from Ashiya’s nose. What we see is Ashiya putting his hands to his face on page 17, then the next panel is blood mysteriously dropping from somewhere before we get Sakae’s only line to Ashiya: 「このままじゃおまえも殺されるぞ」”If you keep this up, you’ll be killed too”.
